Abstract

The editorial is the transcription of the opening speech given by Professor Franco Carinci, founder of the Italian Labour Law Journal, during the seminar dedicated to the presentation of new edition of the Journal, held on 20 March 2019, at the former Faculty of Political Science of the University of Bologna.
