COVID-19 and Labour Law: Mexico

AbstractMexico has an applicable labor law framework to epidemics as Coronavirus. However, given the labor market’s context, and the ambiguity stemming from government agreements and ordinances emitted to legally make a stand against COVID-19, the workers are being left vulnerable, regarding their employment and wages.
