The state of emergency in Georgia proposes no direct restrictions related to labour rights. However, prohibitions of economic activities under the Government Resolution emerge certain issues concerning labour relations. Resolution requires fulfillment of social distancing norms within the permitted workplaces. The Resolution sets remote workregime.
